Ingredients:
2 packs (6/pack) puff-pastry shells
5 tbs. mayonaise
3 tbs. ketchup
2 tbs. lemon juice
2 tbs. Lee and Perrins
2 tbs. horseradish sauce
2 small bags of prawns
1 sprig finely chopped parsley

Method:
Mix up the prawn cocktail sauce and then add the prawns.  Cook the puff pastry shells according to the instructions on the box.  Add prawn mix and finish with a light sprinkle of parsley.
