Ames British Foods is a family-run business started in September of 2008.  In that time we have grown significantly.  The business was started as a sideline to serve local expats working at Iowa State University.  It quickly became obvious that our customer base was much larger and now we serve Americans born and bred in Iowa and the Midwest, Brits, Europeans, Australians, Kiwis and folks from Africa, the Middle East, India and Pakistain to name just a few.  We also do mailorder and ship goods as far away as Hawaii, Florida and California!

Ames British Foods is run by Marcus with help from his family and store manager Ann-Marie.  We also have part-time help from Sita.  We pride ourselves on our friendliness and always offer our customers a free cup of tea.  Stop by for a chat and if we're not too busy we'll even offer you a game of cribbage!
